IF Usage Report & Spending Plan revised 11/28/07
To be be certain to meet our SB740 requirements, we will need to check in on the amount of IF spent by each family and determine their plans for spending remaining funds. In order to do so, we will gather an IF Spending Plan from each family at the December/January LR meeting. The process will be as follows:
a) ES reconciles budget register with Escape b) At Dec/Jan LR meeting, discuss amount remaining in 1st sem and incoming 2nd sem funds c) Fill out IF Spending Plan form Word doc – check off planned use for remainder of 1st semester funds or check off that funds not needed – will be returned to school’s general fund d) Send in form with attendance e) Window for completing & submitting form – 12/10-1/18
