Learning Record Policy

Parents and Education Specialists meet face-to-face at least once every 20-school attendance days to review and document the learning that occurs in each growth area.  The ES then has 5 school attendance days in which to write and submit the learning record.  For example, if the ES met with a family on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving vacation, then the ES has until Friday of the next week to get the LR written and submitted into Teaams.

For learning record meetings occurring on the first school day following spring break through the end of the school year, the ES will have 8 school attendance days following the meeting date, in which to write and submit the learning record.
