UC & CSU - Important Information
Students interested in attending a UC and/or CSU campus will want to take a-g courses and follow the UC’s recommended pattern of study. In order for the a-g designation to appear on the transcript, the course must be followed and completed exactly as it is written in the a-g catalog. Any alterations to the a-g courses will result in a regular course title appearing on the transcript.
The UC system is in the midst of developing its policy for schools like GVCS. Until we know for certain what that policy will be, the a-g courses will be as presented in the a-g catalog.
